• Priority of the Regional Court – the town of Balchik is to protect the rights and legitimate interests of citizens, legal persons and the state. Independent judiciary provides stability, inviolability and justice for everyone.

• Our main purpose is to acquire the characteristics of a model court meeting the requirements of the European Union.
